 Preseason:  Texas High School Baseball website had The Woodlands ranked #2 in their preseason poll and the #1 team in Region 2.

 Top Players: So 1B Chris Andritsos leads the team with a .387 average and 12 HRs.  Sr Ryan Burnett (13-1) will likely start today’s Semifinal game and Sr Carter Hope (10-1) would likely start a championship game on Saturday.

Northside O’Connor Panthers

 2013: 31-6-2 Overall Record; #1 seed from 27-5A and District Champion with 16-0 Record; Went 7-2 in the playoffs.

 Preseason:  Texas High School Baseball website had O’Connor ranked #14 in their preseason poll and the #4 team in Region 4.

 Top Players:  Sr Mark Ecker leads the team with a .430 average and Jr Zachary Galm leads the team with 12 HRs.   Sr Justin Garcia (12-1) will likely start today’s semifinal game and Mark Ecker (7-2) would likely start a championship game on Saturday.
