3A Game Grade Team of the Week
CC London – The Pirates improved to 6-3-1 on the early season including opening up tough 30-3A district play with a 10-0 win over the San Diego Vaqueros (7-2-1). They went 2-1-1 at their tournament including a 7-2 win over CC King and a 15-0 win over Alice.
Runner Up:
Jim Ned – The Indians had a 5-0 week including 4-0 at their tournament to improve to 8-0-1 on the season. They won their games by a combined 46-13 including wins over Breckenridge (4-2) and 4A Pampa (5-2-1).
Honorable Mention:
Malakoff – Tough to leave off the Tigers this week as they go 4-0 at their tournament with wins over 6A Klein Cain and Bryan as well as wins over 5A Cypress Park and A&M Consolidated. The Tigers have run their record to a perfect 10-0.
