Private School Game Grade Team of the Week
San Marcos Academy Bears (TAPPS D4) – The Bears won the Peter Garza Tournament for the first time ever, going 3-0. Prior to this season, they had never made the championship game.
Runner Up
Liberty Christian Warriors (TAPPS D2) – The #10 Large school Warriors went 4-0-1 in the Eagle Mountain Saginaw Tournament, including a win over 5A #3 Argyle.
Honorable Mention
Kinkaid Falcons (SPC 4A) – The #5 Large school Falcons went 5-0 with wins over Lamar Consolidated, Bay City, Clements, FB Bush, and HCYA facing top pitchers.
