Garland Makes Playoffs, First Time in 42 Years

The Garland Owls defeated North Garland 14-5 Thursday evening to clinch the #4 seed in 11-5A. It is the first time Garland has been to the playoffs since 1972, a 42 year absence.

Garland Head Baseball Coach Nick Siratt, graduated from Garland High in 1986. The Owls will play Rockwall Heath in the first round of the playoffs.
