High School Baseball
In his junior season, Riedel hit .286 with 5 2Bs, 3 HRs, 23 Runs, 31 RBIs, 11 SBs and a .470 OBP. He was selected to the 17-6A All-District Team as an Honorable Mention player and was selected to play in the Houston Area Baseball Coaches Association Futures Game.
As a sophomore, Riedel hit .314 with 3 2Bs, 1 3B, 2 HRs, 22 RBIs, 19 Runs and a .372 OBP.
