Jimmy Lewis is a 6’6” 195 Senior RHP/1B for the 6A Lake Travis Cavaliers. He has committed to Louisiana State University.
As a Junior, Lewis was 5-2 with a 1.69 ERA and 37 Ks in 45.1 innings. At the plate, he hit .341, with 5 2Bs, 3 HRs, 23 RBIs and a .415 OBP. He was named to 25-6A All-District Team as a 1st Team Pitcher.
Lewis was selected to play for the 2018 Rangers Area Code Team. He was also selected to play for the Texas Team in the USA Baseball States Play Tournament.
As a sophomore, Lewis was 5-1 with a 1.67 ERA and 28 Ks in 37.2 innings. He also hit .310 with 7 2Bs, 1 3B, 1 HR, 18 RBIs and 16 Runs. He was named to the 25-6A All-District Team as a 2nd Team All-District.
