In his junior season, Berkley hit .403 with 5 2Bs, 1 3B, 4 HRs, 29 RBIs, 24 Runs, a .538 OBP and a .687 SLG. He was named the 4-5A Offensive Player of the Year. Berkley was also named Offensive Player of the Year on the All-Parker County Baseball Team and selected on the Fort Worth Star-Telegram All-Area Baseball Team as a 2nd Team OF. He was selected to the Texas Sports Writers Association 5A All-State Team as a 2nd Team OF.
As a sophomore, Berkley hit .373 with 4 2Bs, 5 3Bs, 2 HRs, 30 Runs, 25 RBIs and .452 OBP. He was named to the 6-5A All-District Team as a 2nd Team OF.
As a Freshman, Berkley hit .264 with 6 2Bs, 29 Runs, 20 RBIs and a .396 OBP. He was named to the 6-5A All-District Team as a 1st Team OF.
