High School Baseball
As a junior in the shortened 2020 season, Adair hit .541 with 10 Doubles, 1 Triple, 18 Runs and 13 RBIs.
In his sophomore season for the 3A Eklhart Elks, Adair hit .469 with 11 Doubles, 2 Triples, 2 Home Runs, 29 Runs, 31 RBIs and 16 Stolen Bases. On the mound, he was 5-1 with a 1.88 ERA and 81 Ks. He was named the 20-3A MVP. Adair was selected to the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association 3A All State Team as a 2nd Team Shortstop and to the Texas Sports Writers Association 3A All State Team as an Honorable Mention Shortstop.
As a freshman, Adair hit .409 with 14 Doubles, 22 Runs and 19 RBIs. On the mound, he was 8-2 with a 1.79 ERA and 94 Ks. He was named the 18-3A Newcomer of the Year.
