Dakota Mills Named 2013 Pro Line Athlete of Year

Fort Bend Dulles pitcher receives award recognizing the top Texas High School Baseball player of the year.  Mills ended the season with a 14-0 record, pitching a 1-hit shutout in the State Semifinal game.
