As a junior at 4A Nevada Community in the 2020 shortened season, Neighbors hit .516 with 5 Doubles, 3 Triples, 2 Home Runs, 14 RBIs and 14 Runs. On the mound, he was 2-0 with a 0.43 ERA and 31 Ks in 16 Innings.
As a sophomore at 6A Rockwall, Neighbors hit .273 in 33 Plate Appearances with 6 RBIs, 11 Runs and a .485 OBP
