Grayson Rodriguez is a 6’5”, 220 lb, RHP/SS from 3A Central Heights. He has committed to Texas A&M University.

Rodriguez hit .511 as a junior with 8 2Bs, 2 3Bs, 11 HRs, 53 RBIs and 44 Runs. On the mound, he was 14-1 with 178 Ks and a 0.38 ERA. Rodriguez was the 22-3A MVP and a First Team Pitcher on the East Texas Baseball Super Team.  He was named a 1st Team Pitcher on the THSBCA All-State Team and the 3A Player of the Year for the TSWA All-State Team. He was an All-Tournament SS at the 3A State Championship Tournament. He was selected to the MaxPreps Junior All-American Team and to the MaxPreps Small Schools All-American Team as a 1st Team Infielder.

Rodriguez played on the 2017 Nationals Area Code Team and was selected to play in the Future Star Games. He also played on the 2016 Rangers Underclassmen Area Code Team.

As a sophomore, Rodriguez hit .505 with 12 2Bs, 8 HRs, 60 RBIs, and 25 Runs. He was selected as the 22-3A Offensive MVP. He was also named a 2nd Team Pitcher on the THSBCA All-State Team and a 1st Team Pitcher on the TSWA All-State Team.

Rodriguez was named a 22-3A 1st Team Pitcher as a Freshman.
