The 5A Coordinator position might be for you if…

You believe Texas High School Baseball teams, players and coaches fail to get adequate coverage in the State and you want to be part of the solution to solve that dilemma. You know that there are great things that happen in Texas High School Baseball and you would enjoy being part of telling the story of the unfolding drama of each season. You recognize that Texas is a big state and the only way to connect North Texas to South Texas and West Texas to East Texas so that the whole state is aware of the top teams and players in (classification) is having someone be very intentional in making this happen. You have adequate computer skills and your schedule allows you to enter scores on Tuesdays and Fridays during the baseball season so that all games and standings are updated by 8:00 AM the next morning.  Having some sports geek qualities could be a plus.

6 years ago, 3ABASEBALL.COM expanded to provide statewide coverage of the 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5A Classifications and became Texas High School Baseball (THSB). The following year THSB added 1A and put out their 1st issue of the Texas High School Baseball Magazine. Two years ago, THSB added the Private Schools to their coverage as well. THSB’s coverage includes 1) Preseason Top 20’s, Preseason Top Players and District Predictions 2) comprehensive season coverage including updated game entries and standings, Weekly Top 25 Polls, and Weekly Player Recognitions, and 3) exhaustive playoff coverage including on-site coverage of the State Tournament. THSB provides each coordinator with a handbook and schedule to aid them in their coverage of Texas High School Baseball.
