Bobby Witt Jr is a 6’1″ 185 LB INF/P for Colleyville Heritage.  He has signed with Oklahoma University.

 

Witt is a two-time 1st team Under Armour All-American, honorable mention as a freshmen, and has been pegged by publications as the potential top talent in the 2019 draft class.  He was named the Junior Player of the Year on the Max Preps Underclass All-American Baseball Team.

Witt won the High School Home Run Derby at Nationals Park in a contest just before the MLB Home Run Derby. He was named the MVP of the Under Armour All-American game at Wrigley Field. He was selected to play in the Perfect Game All-American Classic in Washington, D.C. in August. He is the son of former major leaguer Bobby Witt.

 

In his junior season, Witt had 49 hits in 103 plate appearances for a .476 batting average.  He had a total of 28 extra base hits, including 13 doubles, 5 triples and 10 home runs.  Witt also scored 51 runs while driving in another 55.

 

In his sophomore season, Witt had 62 hits in 124 plate appearances for a .500 batting average.  He had a total of 29 extra base hits, including 10 doubles, 9 triple and 10 home runs.  Witt scored 46 runs and drove in 50 more.

 

His freshman season, Witt had 42 hits in 105 plate appearances for a .400 batting average.  Witt had 16 extra base hits, including 9 doubles, 6 triples and 1 home run.  He also scored 22 runs while driving in 24.
